I really like the groove and mix. The drums sound great, great compression on the snare and the cymbals are not too loud. Guitars sound great too! Just the way rock guitars should sound. The change at 1:30 was cool and the rhythmic hits at 1:45... threw in a 2/4 bar... solid! Great performances. I was hearing each instrument just how I wanted and when I wanted. The acoustic track is sweet and the guitar panned hard right carries come serious groove. I like that you didn't double and layer the sh#% out of your parts. Guitar solo fills out the track and delivers the pay off.
Wow great intro my friend. Getting kind of Joe Walsh vibe coming from this track. A lot of high energy and kick ass guitar just for some flavor. I'm really digging this track, great sound and great movement with plenty of emotion. Very well done, very well indeed. Thanks for sharing it.
this instrumental hits all the marks - love the snare tone with just the right amount of reverb. Nice groove established with a very nice lead guitar throughout - sounds free and yet adhering to the melodic sense of the song. bass growl is wonderful and the guitar tone is great - love how the 2nd guitar (that carries the feel) is perfectly placed in the mix - not too forward, not too back - just right!
This is a well mixed, well performed, well recorded instrumental. It definitely sounds like it is all the instrument tracks from a song, that has had the vocal part muted. It is all ready for a lyric. There are good changes that help hold a listeners interest. Very important if there is no lyric. It sounds like maybe a Van Halen Voice would fit here. Nice lead work in the middle. Nice break with the bit of echo there. Nice symbol sound playing on the off beats in the middle there. The drums and bass drive the song right along. Cool ending!
Dynamite piece with great guitar work and drum work and fantastic chord changes. It has a surprise around every corner, which keeps you interested.
Just stellar playing and recording. I don't know if that's a drum machine but it sounds good. Everything is crisp and clear with no murkiness. The bass is certainly Chris Squire-esque. Certainly a showcase for the guitar work, the groove is undeniable though. Both elements pull you in. I live the texture of the acoustic guitar as well.
This has loads of energy, and keeps moving forward well. The recording is very polished and professional. There is a nice balance between the instruments, with some great performances, especially on the guitars, but the rhythm section is just right too. The features of the composition are spot-on for the chosen genre. It would make a great underscore or stands alone very well as an instrumental.
Great guitar work, a touch Satrianesque is it.
Energetic and lively, well recorded and edited or indeed played.
Great feel, definitely a guitarist at work here!
