Started with a melody I've had in my head for some time but struggled with a subject. When it happened the idea and the lyrics came quite quickly. Unintentionally there is a Don Williams feel about the song and I feel it's better than many I've written/performed.

Someone who has had difficulty finding romance and has been let down in the past. Pretends not to care and rolls on optimistic that it will happen eventually.
