Story Behind The Song

I was watching TV and Eric Clapton was on by himself doing some Robert Johnson stuff. Never composed in that genre but it sounded kinda interesting. So I gave it a shot. Would've sounded better on my acoustic but it takes me an hour or so for my hand to adjust from the electric neck to an acoustic, so fuck it I used the electric. I had the opening lick 10 songs ago but couldn't come up with anything I liked. Thought it was headed to the Twilight Zone of unfinished work, then SRV came by in a dream and I got some new ideas for a direction.
