Opening with that drum and percussion instantly made me think of Prince, I'm sure that's not new to you. Chords are pleasant, synth-bass is executed precise and tastefully, accent instruments compliment well through out also. Gives a cool reminiscent feel of late 80's Jazz instrumentals that I always loved that were used for TV Shows. Pretty sweet!

This reminds me of some of the groups back in the 80's. Believe it or not I have seen more opportunities for this old school style than current sounding tracks. Putting vocals to this type of track just might land you licensing.

It sounds like he had a couple great instruments in here. It would be great if he would of worked on the arrangement just a bit more.

I like the changes in the music and the bass line is dope. It sounds like a key change from hook to verse which is interesting, some great layers to the music itself. I really enjoyed the break down at the end
