Story Behind The Song
This is one of SUSAN WITZEL'S favorite!---songs! She is such a HOOT!
A couple of old redneck buddies of mine that i worked with for awhile that were really good guys (Wayne and Wally)got to hear this one written for them before they passed away/they couldn't hardly believe i did it.I worked with them at the waste water treatment plant when i was employed by The City Of Punta Gorda,Fl.I still have a hard time believing that i was a government type employee for awhile,I miss (Wayne and Wally)them old FLIP FLOPPERS.We had some good fun with this song while they were still alive and kickin.I was honored to know them.I doubt if i will ever see their kind, again in my life time--cheers--joe.
