Story Behind The Song

I met a mother and her precious, beautiful child who escaped the realities of abuse through fantasy and trying to make herself as non-obscure as possible so as not to be noticed. I helped them to find a path away from that nightmare, and I wrote a song about it.

A ballad about how a little girl lets a red balloon take her far away from the reality of an abusive family setting.
