Softly and beautifully enchanting piece, very nicely structured and and expression was perfect, it certainly evokes a tide of emotions from sadness, to quiet meditative reflection . What I liked about this was the key expression throughout was consistently soothing even as the piece progressed through the ups and down progression of the arrangement.
This artist has a way of telling a story with her fingers on the piano (if it is who I think it is). The melody is poignant, memorable and sweet. Just the right combination of the major and minor. This tune begins with a beautiful and memorable motif like a fluttering autumn leaf and is wisely repeated throughout the song. I love those alternating notes, b and d, repeated three times per measure and the delicate, beautiful melody built upon it. It's hooky, too, so it sticks and would work for any album or movie looking for a theme.
