Nice job man. Keep on jammin'
As usual...AWESOME,..!!!! What Versatility..!!!!
Thank you very much for the kind words.
Robin Snyder is a worthy composer/musician that I have had the pleasure to have heard some of his recordings and performances in the past. Since then I have just today heard more music that has developed and transcended to even higher levels than before. I am impressed. Robin's music makes good use of sophisticated harmony, fine melodic content, and great guitar timbres that combine to produce a very Awesome musical experience! Thank Much Robin.
Thank you John!
do you ever play live and if so where
The last band I was in was The JuJuBees, We were a regional 9 piece with horns that did old school r&b. We didbanded about 6 years ago. I recently retired and may at some point look to doing something. I am not sure what yet. Thank you for asking. I did a double take when I saw this post seemed to be coming from myself. Pretty funny.

when did greg b. past.i always love hearing him play and i still think "shane" was one of the better bands in columbus.you know when your getting old when past friends are know longer here
Greg passed last spring. I talked to him twice over the coarse of four weeks. His prognosis was really good. he went in for his first treatment and was gone in four days due to complications. Greg McKey passed away the year before. So sad. My mother in law said to me that the hardest thing about getting old was watching your family and friends go before you. Wisdom there.
Way to go Cuz! Why didn't you tell me about this website? That's OK, I found it! Love you & your music!
Less than six weeks remain to enter The 2014 Ohio Music Awards! We're celebrating the best of Ohio music - enter yours at www.theohiomusicawards.com

the lc will be open friday from noon till 9:00 to sell trower tickets and do you have any new cd/mp3 coming to amazon or itunes
Thanks for the heads up. Concerts are difficult these days with my schedule being what is is. Do you know what the date of the Concert is? I am still working on mixes. it will take a while. I am not sure how I will proceed as far as albums go using Tune Core. I have been looking at statistics and commentary on the market and it looks like albums are quickly becoming an audiophiles market right along with high quality audio. MP3s suck! Broadjam at the least needs to up the speed to 256K. I have about ten? new mixes at the top of the list on this site. Unfortunately they are at the prerequisite 192K(ARRRRGGG).

I do like Robin. I owe him a debt of gratitude for providing songs witch provided the freedom to explore my own ideas. In fact the first time I remember losing myself in an improvisation to the point of feeling totally at one with the band and the audience was when I was soloing on "Too Rolling Stoned". It is one of my most cherished "perfect moments". Thanks for sharing!
i know what you like to play but what do you listen to.have you every hear of the john irvine band or collapse (progstreaming.com)
Hello, I don't listen to a lot of music since I am working full time. Most of my music time is spent either creating or studying specific skills. Lately I haver been learning all I can about mixing and which plug ins fit my thing etc. I am currently working towards remixing and repackaging my work into three distinct categories, making use of my new PT 10/11 system. I was working on 6.9 so it is quite a leap. To answer your question I love Todd Rundgren's last album -State. I still listen to my favorite 70s fusion, Jeff Beck, Holdsworth, and the rest of usual suspects. In my car player this week is Tom Coster. In regards to Prog I was weaned on Yes and Genisis. I still dip into that well occasionally. Of course I am aware of most of the mainstream artists and check them out occasionally. I checked out John Irvine a bit and really liked what I heard. He uses quite a lot of Holdsworth chord voicings. I have been having the same issue with trying to use certain techniques like Jeff Beck's with out sounding like a clone. Thanks for turning me onto progstreaming.com I will definitely check it out some more.
i saw that jeff beck and zz top are going tour together no ohio dates yet but but more dates to be added.there is a 3 piece russian group you might like called reserve de marche they do have music on youtube and a facebook page but it's in russian
I have upgraded my whole mac and pro tools system to PT 10. It is a whole new world and it is good to make it into the new millennia finally!
