Amazing work!!!, I'm curious Ingvi, you've been on BJ since 2005, have tons of amazing professional music. Have you ever landed a license here on this site, if so how many? Not to be too personal but I've been seeing a lot of bad testimonial about BJ lately and they don't have a success story link showing people and songs that have been licensed. I've seen many wonderful amazing composers like yourself on here who say they have never made a dime on this site? How bout you? what can you say about BJ, Barry
First...compliments to you for your versatile music, Barry. - Ach, Broadjam has not made me rich...yet. I've had tracks "selected", but they were not licensed at the "end station". - But I've signed publishing agreements for ca. 10 tracks though BJ. In most cases the agreements were offered by the same publishing company that seems to have liked my stuff. They have not been successful in licensing those...yet. So, yes, when I come to think of it, not much dough, but I keep on submitting every now and then. Why? Maybe it's time to quit.
Thank you for the input Sir, and the compliment, I've heard many stories now from artist composers like yourself who have about the same story, libraries and publishers yes, money, not much. I'm just a curious person and while I do like the organization of it and the community, I was disappointed to see that there was no thread to successfully licensed material, that I've seen on a few other sites. Where you can at least see songs that have been successful. and get a feel for what's being used. anyway, thanks again, I think Its best not to put all your eggs in this one basket, theres other avenues out there.
HI Ingvi, thought you might like to know before you hang it up on BJ, I found someone who says they have licensed over 60 songs in the last 5 years, He seems sincere so I take him at his word, David Banks, maybe there's gold in them there hills after all.
Yes, use more than one basket. And, yes, I've seen success stories. I realize that much of my material is not mainstream, and accept therefore a certain lack of success.

Hi again Ingvi! The contest was Music Library to Pitch to Restaurants and Store Retailers Status: Contest completed July 31st. Your song Image of You was the second selected song from a whole list. In August the provider's name was provided which I discovered is a Chicago music library run by Eddie and is called Music of the Sea. Broadjam said he would notify us by message. The website is under reconstruction. So far nothing and my song is doing well elsewhere... Mary.

Hi Fossmana. - I just chose "Shi" from ca. 5 tracks I listened to. All enticing. I really don't know what to do with ***** except like it.
Stars bump your ratings. Top spot ratings get random exposure on the site and 1/2 price submissions to opportunities. The stars actually have some value, but star currency is unspendable and only useful on Broadjam.
I didn't know that...but now I do.
Cool. FB likes and playlist additions also bump the rankings. Even just hitting play once a day bumps the rank a little. I am getting the hang of it. Currently 5 out of 10 top ranked song are mine. There are better songs on the lists but I have been working the system. I am going to try and stick as many songs as possible onto the Earth top 10 for one day, just to see if I can do it. I think I have the perfect storm lined up right now.
I give your songs thumbs up almost every day. Usually I pick your song in the showdowns because I like almost every thing of yours that I have heard.

This is such a cool version of Josie...5*. Ingvi land/Iceland is cool/cold in January, brrrr, quite lovely though, except for the politics.
You wouldn't think Texas as cold, but temps have been below freezing lately - unusual. Politics here are also below freezing... the usual. Glad you liked Josie, means a lot coming from ITK.
