CILLA K. is a vocalist, beat maker and songwriter based in New York.
Her music brings Indie,Jazz and Soul music influences together.She is quickly becoming known for her collaborations with Junius Bervine (N.E.R.D) and her debut album Fine Line was released on April the 2nd, 2010. Born in the French West Indies(Guadeloupe), Cilla was accepted by Sarah Lawrence College where she studied History. On her way to a casting call, she ran into David Pattillo, a producer/writer in NYC, and a great collaboration was born. The two have been working together over the past year and have since brought on board such collaborators as the quoted Junius Bervine (Floetry, D'Angelo, Common), Clay Sears (Jill Scott, Vivian Green), Danny P. (Joss Stone, Robbie Williams), and Mr. Khaliyl (Da Bush Babees, Talib Kweli).
