Chartmaster = a musician who is master of the charts. Unlikely in my case since this is as far away from chart music as is humanly possible.

Infurion = pronounced In-Fury-On. A combination of meanings. Applied to a person it defines a character who devotes their entire lives to infuriating others, but another meaning can be derived from the three words in, fury and on. Basically, Chartmaster is 'In' a state of 'Fury', 'On' a number of subjects too varied to be summarised here.

So the name in full refers to someone who is ironic and extremely angry.
