Hello Art. Thank you very much for your kind words and ratings man. Very very much appreciated. The equipment I always use and have been using for many many years now. Mainly small-mid sized older amps, decent mic's and guitars that still have songs hidden in them somewhere and it's up to me to find them and set them free. Trying to get a guitar to give something great is very similar to trying to get a woman to give up something great if you know what I mean. It's hard and frustrating at times but if you crack the code the rewards can be quite pleasing. Lol!! Oh and it's also very nice to have a great long time recording engineer who knows his shit. A key ingredient i should say!!
I am about top listen to the song you sent me the other day.

Damn that sucks man. Sorry to hear that. This god awful virus is leaving piles of bodies in it's wake all over the planet. Young, middle aged older it doesn't care what age bracket a person is in. If it sniffs out a weakness in a persons armor it goes after it with all it's got. It's fucking evil that's what it is man

As far as my engineer buddy goes. Yeah he does all kinds of projects. In studio, remote, long distance. It really comes down to what his schedule is looking like at any given moment.

HI Ante, congrats on selection to "Rhythmic alt rock" license thing. I also was selected. It seems that some people did not get any other notification besides the initial one sayiing they were selected. I am one who only was notified of being selected. I messaged a few others so far who were selected. 2 said they got email with more details and 1 other so far got nothing more, like me. How about you, did you receive any details after being selected?

Randall! Yah thank you very much man. Congrat's to you as well for being selected. Let's see what happens of it first, right.. Lol!! To answer your question, I was one of those who received a notification via Broadjam inbox & a email message to my personal email. I sent a reply message to the email that was provided on Broadjam and one from my own email because I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask him about the contract. It's been 4-5 days since I sent them and I haven't heard back from anyone yet. I also looked him up best I could to get some kind of info on the guy and it seems like he is a well regarded pro up in Canada so my 1st impression of him doesn't strike me as shady as of yet.
He did mention in that email that this new company DAL is set to launch soon so maybe he is simply just wrapped up in trying to meet deadlines and launch on time so his priorities list all over the place. It also took him a while to make his final decision on the songs he was considering so I am cutting him some slack for now. I am going to hit him up again in 10 days if I don't hear from him by then.
The guy is probably just busy trying to launch a new company, I hope!!!
