Jared Henderson recruited Chris Phan (Anathens), Taylor Dove (Light Pilot, Anathens) and Josh Jernigan (Scarlett Classic, Ladies Night) to create a whole new sound for The Sweetest Sleep.

All 4 have shared the stage and studio in previous bands during college. After taking time away from creating and performing music, Jared reached out to Chris, Josh and Taylor to re-brand The Sweetest Sleep. They are now creating an ethereal, ambient, pocket groove and soulful sound.
