You know what I think. :) God bless you, yours, oh, and I hope God blesses your beautiful music more than He already has. Love ya! Peace.
Thank you, Brian...you're too kind!
No I'm not. I am just honest.

Thanks, man!
Thanks Doug!! Man you've got quite a few with > 1000 plays. Why aren't you rich? :) ~Jeff
Would that it would be that simple, huh Jeff? Any plans to go to the Broadjam conference in June in Madison? If I get off my ass and get my passport renewed I'd consider it - would be so great to meet other Broadjammers in person.
B'Jam Conference in June. been prophesied over the years. where does one find this invitation?
OH that's interesting. I've often thought that would be a cool thing.
i think its june 15 -18th. It was mentioned last week sometime.
That would be fun. Too bad I'm broke.
Hello all. I haven't been on here in a long time. My co-write with Gordon Chapman has been pitched by pulse records for Super Bowl 51. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers. :)
On the Warpath
Good luck.
Good luck Brian!
Way to go Chap & McB!!!!!!!
love the words & the beautiful voice singing it
Thanks Judie! Merry Christmas! :)
Buckless was recently pitched to Luke Bryan. Maybe this time I will hear something.
James, Thanks for the 5 stars on Still in My Dreams. That one I wrote in my early writing days, before I read Jason Blume's book. I demoed it a few years ago for film & TV.
Sweet!
Hey McB, I wrote this for you. http://www.broadjam.com/artists/songs.php?artistID=561 1 kenney
Thanks Kenney! Sorry it bothered you for days. :( I so appreciate the thought. It wasn't actually the anniversary. Jo died on 1/7/2004. Sometimes it still just hits you. Thanks for the beautiful music, but especially for the thought and empathy. Peace brother.
Thanks for the review Brian. Buddy
Thanks Alan.
Your welcome. I used to perform a whole set of tunes like that.
Thanks for your fair & thoughtful review of Still in My Dreams.
You are very welcome Brian.
Brian - Thank you for your review of my song, "Enough," I really appreciate the feedback. It's not a song that I plan on pitching, but it had been a while since I had posted anything, so I figured I would post it, while I am busy writing new stuff. ~ Nick
You are welcome Nick. I think it would work well for film or TV.
Doug, So happy you landed that lucrative placement with Abatido. It is beautiful by the way. Do you get the whole sync fee or do you have to split it? Congratulations!!!
Thanks Brian. They have to test it to see if it fits with the timing of the scenes for the placement and then they'll contact me. So I'll have to wait and see. Thanks for the congratulations though :-)
Good to see one of my friends having success. Hope it works out. Let us know. Peace.
Thanks Brian. I love it whenever any of us common submitters on here gets some modicum of success. We all understand dearly what a grind the business aspect of music is for all of us. Anyone's success holds out such hope for all of us in my eyes. Thank God the music we make is so good for our souls. :-)
Doug, Thank you for the review of 'Euphoria' ! I'd be interested to know what additional instruments you heard, and then I'll have a go at orchestrating it! I appreciate you time and effort. Very helpful. You have fueled more imagination!
Definitely woodwinds of some kind - I'm thinking some type of clarinet perhaps? Your musicianship with the piano is breathtaking by the way. I wish my fingers could do what your can :-) Such a wonderful talent your piece Euphoria shows off in you.
HI Brian, You want me want to look for an Indian to hug after listening to your On The Warpath! good job,Cheryl
:). Thanks, Cheryl! I will let my collaborater, Gordon Chapman, know.
keep rocking and rolling! cheryl
Mike & Rob, Great work on Blind in every way. :)
it was in the midst of my 'terrible-twos' when I learned to sing my first 'cover-tune'. no, really; I started singing at ripe-old age of two and this is the lyric to the song. . . I see the moon, the moon sees me shining through the leaves of the old oak tree Oh, let the light that shines on me shine on the one I love. Over the mountain, over the sea, back where my heart is longing to be Oh, let the light that shines on me shine on the one I love. ___________________________ "and, just like fools we fall in love" we fall in love with music. the making of it. the listening to it. the learning that there are no boundaries as to the stories we might tell. perhaps Kahil Gibran said it best: "God respects me when I work and loves me when I sing." I believe that to be true. the stars and stripes are so appreciated that have been awarded to "Wrong Time to Fall". ever more so is the personal works you have shared with your B'Jam Fam. Cross Eyed Miles, Signal 30, Dave Mason, Starburst Music, David James, Frank Radice, Cyndi Corkran, Mike Gladstone, Doug Amell, Warren Hein - you folks put a smile on my face this very morning with your support for "Wrong Time to Fall". and, yes; it is a true story. believe me. I was there. . .
:) Now I must listen.
A fine song with great story telling Peter! Love your deep, rich and lamenting vocals, with the hapless lovers, caught between loving desire and personal mores; a most human tale. Your fine artistry always manifests itself in the most wonderfully inviting ways, over many genres! Best to you sir!
Doug, Thanks for the complimentary plasylist for Hot and Spicy Night. I had so much fun writing that one. :)
My pleasure... such a fun tune :-)
Mike, Thanks for the compliments and playlists on Still in My Dreams. :)
And on Country Alright. Congrats on the song of the month again!!! You deserve it. :)
I think the sun is overrated, at least the moon gives off a bit of light at nite, the sun only shines in the day when it's light anyway!
:)
Would like to give a word of thanks to Broadjam for my 6 pack prize I received , the Sony Master Suite Studio software. Hopefully I will create some good music with it .
Hey that's great Don --I'm sure you will!!!
You deserve it, Donovan. You write great stuff. Now, if you DON'T produce good music with the new software .... you might have to move up from a 6-pack to a 12-pack and a bottle of Patron. Best of luck..... Chet
Congrats Don!
Congratulations my friend; so very happy for you!
Well, I signed Hot and Spicy Night and You Stole My Heart with Perpetual Music Group. I will let you all know when they show me the money. :) ;)
Congrats Brian ! Hopefully you wont get lost in the shuffle !
Way to go McB..................
Doing well Brian, lots of luck with the money!

:) It's nice to have a chance, no matter how slight.
Merry Christmas Dear Brian to You & Yours Much Goodness Always..............Dean & Jacalyn
On the great country songs for Nashville artist opp the provider listened to Buckless 7 times, but didn't select it for consideration. Now, WTF happened there? Any ideas? :). Congratulations to all those who were considered. And as usual, nothing taken. Sorry situation, sorry par for the course.
Same here Brian, Dixie Dancing Queen, First Last cigarette, Searchin'--7 times each and nothing . . .
Do you know that I haven't been able to see comments unless I go to people's pages for like a year. I messaged Broadjam about it and they said they were trying to fix it. I wonder if I am being censored.
Looks like you can see my comments. I spoke out about a provider on bdjam who seems to scam people. Haven't seen comments since. What about that Roy Elkins????
Big thanks to all my friends who have given me such wonderful feedback on Still In My Dreams. And thanks for the playlist adds and 5 star ratings. It really bowled me over.
Friends & Fans.............. I am president of the Conconully Washington charter of the McB fan club you know.
"Dreams". Nice Brian, very nice. Hank
Thank you, Hank!
I just screwed up and added Buckless to my "Moving" playlist. Such a doofus I am. I blame my phone.
Brian, Still In My Dreams is beautiful. Very moving indeed.
Thank you Dianne. Many years ago I woke up thinking of an ex-girlfriend about 9 months after the breakup. Before I even had my coffee which is just about the first thing I do, I went out on my deck and wrote this one. I wrote the whole song without any changes in a half hour.
Such a heartfelt, true song Brian ! Sweet and straight forward lyrics and Jay does it justice!!:)
