Born Jersey girl, raised in Southern CA and now living in both NYC and LA, Annie Calder and her music can be best described as bi-coastal folk/pop. Her indie style is sweetly quirky yet sophisticated, playful yet genuine, deep yet surprisingly simple. Once described as "Neil Young meets Enya," Annie's honest, heartfelt lyrics combined with her warm, soothing vocals have the ability to make you smile and cry at the same time.

In just a few short years as a singer/songwriter, Annie has won numerous awards and honors, including several ASCAP Plus awards, Songwriters Hall of Fame Best New Songwriter Award, finalist honors in UK Songwriting and USA Songwriting competitions, and has been featured in American Songwriter magazine. Several of her songs have been placed with major cable TV networks and are airing on internet and terrestrial radio. Her first solo CD, CHANCES AT LOVE, is scheduled for release mid-2011.
