Canadian songwriter Meg Tennant has opened shows for Tom Russell, Eliza Gilkyson, Tracy Grammer and Slaid Cleaves at Vancouver's Rogue Folk Club. Steve Edge, the Rogue's events co-ordinator and host of the radio show The Edge On Folk has called Meg's songs "beguilingly beautiful". West coast bluegrass artist Tammy Fassaert recorded Meg's song "Buddy's Back" on her 2nd CD "Corner of My Eye". More recently, several choruses and community choirs have been performing Meg's uplifting a capella song "Bucket of Love".

Penguin Eggs, Canada's Folk, Roots and World Music Magazine reviewed Meg's debut CD "Driving With You", released in 2001: "Her crystal clear and inviting voice shines on this collection of ten original songs." The release in 2007 of the CD "The Sweetest Day" included four of Meg's songs as a member of the band AUGUST, an eclectic group of four songwriters in Vancouver.

Meg has recently moved back to Toronto.
