Born in California, raised in Southern Mississippi. Mark began writing songs in High School that reflected the small town of Hattiesburg, MS. He was front man and songwriter for Mississippi rock bands Eulogy and Opal Dial and recorded 7 independent albums from 1992-2000. It was not uncommon for him to sell his trucks and guitars to pay for pressing some of these albums. After a decade of small results with his rock bands, Mark went in the solo direction, around 2002, and began compiling songs for his southern gothic double disc "Cowboy Carnage" which is nearing it's final stages of production. Crediting persistence and a need to chronicle his life in songs, Mann continues to record and write in Hattiesburg. His website is www.MarkMannMusic.com
