Alex Blizniak is a Nashville-based songwriter. While these days his focus is primarily on country music, he has, and continues to write in other styles such as classic pop, alternative rock, jazz, and R&B. In addition to contemporary songwriting, Alex also writes and produces commercial jingles. His song, "Your Face," was 1st place in the R&B category in the 2009 Mid-Atlantic Song Contest, and his song "Out on Our Own" was licensed for use by STS Education, a Sweden-based Foreign Exchange Program. Alex graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2012 where he majored in Songwriting. He moved to Nashville, TN in 2013 where he continues to write, produce, and perform. In addition to songwriting, his instruments by trade are the acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and resonator (dobro).
