The lyrics describe most everything out right but to be more specific, it's outlining the fact that the guy in rage is sick of seeing the same thing in stuck up girls. He feels his girlfriend is always lying and is "always right" and doesn't care anymore. What emotions were once there have gone out the window and this makes the guy very angry. He's sick of being messed around with and having his mind and emotions played with.
