I wrote this on Halloween at a dance party at a club in Mesilla, New Mexico. I wrote the song about that night because it was super fun but overall I am a firm believer that if you don't move it, you lose it. I believe in the power of dance, the power of moving the body, and the danger of stagnation. "When I feel the need it doesn't matter where I am, I just shake my body and I dance, dance, dance."
