Story Behind The Song
The Holy Pail started as a project to create a short story DVD.
Song Description
MgGee is climbing the stairs up the back of a building. Wandering in a trance on the
roof. He is either at the point of illumination or oblivion. He hears Fred the troubadour
singing from the street. MgGee is on top of a huge Church. A crowd gathers. The fire
department stands waiting with net in hand. Everyone is sure he's contemplating jumping.
He looks up to the stars as Fred attempts to sing him down. MgGee is at ease connecting
all the dots filling in the lines of his epiphany. He is on the verge of knowing he can fly.
There is a collective gasp as MgGee stands on the edge reaching for the stars.
He falls is slow-motion into suspended animation of space stars & ultimate piece.
He has leaped into the Holy Pail. He dances with infinity! He drinks deeply and is swallowed.
.Images are digested and the truth absorbed. Meaning is revealed. His purpose is clear.
