Story Behind The Song
"Spoonful" of Ectoplasm. Recorded LIVE at the Brother Sirius Zomba Room East ( the dirt floor basement of Old Dan's House ) around 1997 in the Pennsylvania outback woods. We would start jamming around 2 in evening and go till 3 or 4 in the morning almost every Friday and Saturday. Musicians coming and going playing the whole time and partying. Lots of Fun. Since it was a small dirt floor basement we called our live recording unit of all the players coming in the "Rural Rat Hogs." Felt like rats in that dank dirty dirt floor studio. LOL. Too much fun though. On this recording I play Guitar, Dan Davis plays drums and Dave Bates is on Bass. Dan had an old small cassette deck with a built in mic. He'd hit the record button and off we'd go on a psychedelic rock & roll phantasm journey to the center of the mind. Stoner Rock. For me without the drugs. Well maybe a toke or two. For those other crazy musicians? LOL. Crank up the volume - Lenny Wiles Guitar player psychedelic rock guitar. Main Music Site http://www.supernaturalgears.org
