Lyrics

No use talking to a dead man
That's exactly what I am
Dead to you, dead to me
We'd be safer on our own

Don't you try to resurrect me
I will only drag you down
I'll break you into two
Pieces like you did to me

No one can bring me back again
I've been searching so long for this place
Where I can leave my troubled mind
and everything that's left behind

Don't you try to resurrect me
I will only drag you down
I'll break you into two
Pieces like you did to me

Maybe if I opened up
I could be a better man
Or maybe if I take some pills
I'd see things in a different light

I'm too far gone anyway

Maybe I'm just fucking crazy
And that's alright with me
'Cos everything that's wrong with me
Eats away at you too

I'm too far gone anyway

very good. impressive. I like this!

Nice arrangement. Great musical performance.

Good tune- Guitar work is very cool, especially the little licks. Different sections add interesting dimensions.

Excellent, good balance overall

Well performed. I like the riffs and heaviness of the guitars.

an alice in chains sound with modern riffs

Like the arrangement. Good hook.

Good job guys. A very nice rocking tune with cool variations to keep the listener interested throughout the song. I like the mix of both soft and hard parts.

Like Alice n Chains on crack! Badass! Love the opening, really grabs the listener's attention. Throughout, it's really heavy and somewhat mellow at the same time... it's a great ride! Nice vocals/lyrics, fits the vibe of the song really well. Guitar lead was just enough here... could have been a touch more, but too much and it would've been a Van Halen track. That was a good decision to keep it short and simple I think. Love the tone of the guitars, low, growling, and mean!

That's a heavy metal song guys, not hard rock ..in my opinion ;)And it's a melodic one too which is a great thing!! I love how the vocalist witched from hard & heavy to warm & melodic singing..beautiful! Instrumentation is really well done!
