does anybody remember the radio announcer deKoven?
his ratings of music included "OTW", "OTG" and "OTU"...I don't know that this piece merits even the lowest grading, but having been a long-time admirer of deKoven and composer G.F.Handel, I wrote this piece as a tribute to them both.
