Story Behind The Song
Living in Rhode Island can be tough at times dealing with the cold weather.
Well one day I was pretty much snowed in and all I could see was people bundled up from head to toe.
When I turned the tv on, a coppertone commercial came on and had a bunch of bikini bunnies were frolicking along the beach.
I fell asleep and joined that commercial but afterward woke up and realized I was back to being snowed in.
Song Description
Song about a guy living in the cold North East fantasizing about the warm weather, the beach, and of course girls on a beach.
When the gentlemen wakes from his dream he realizes he is back in the dead of winter and the coppertone commercial is still playing on tv.

Lyrics
Scantily Clad
by Ray Pacheco
(c)2002 ASCAP good G Music
You know I couldn't wait till' the end of June, the weathers warm the summers soon approaching us and I can't wait much longer.
So take off that hat, them gloves, those boots. And trade em' in for bikini suits. The lotions on, the motions on the loose.
CHORUS
Some girls love me, others hate me most just drive me mad. Pant leg suits don't turn me on you know they're just a drag.
Mini-skirts and tight tee shirts will always make me glad. Flaunt a little love this way because I want that girl who's "SCANTILY CLAD".
Well I must go back to reality, the girls are cold dressed head to feet and I'll just have to face another day.
Oh those winter clothes I just can't stand, I'd rather see the sun, the sand, surrounded by the babes along the beach.
"SCANTILY CLAD" that's what I'd rather have. "SCANTILY CLAD" that's what I'd rather have.
