Story Behind The Song

I was reading a biography of Bob Dylan, "Don't Look Back," about his travels at an early age and it occurred to me that he had a lot of guts. Even though this doesn't have anything to do with the song, I remember saying out loud, "that takes guts," and that's what inspired the song!
