Story Behind The Song
I was learning how to play and mix guitar in Hollywood 2008 just after graduating from The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences (www.cras.org and www.audiorecordingschool.com). I could never play well but I mix well. I originally wanted another artist to sing it but, couldn't find one worthy and since I grew up both singing endlessly in choirs and raping I wanted to consistently do both on most of my songs so ...here it is.
Song Description
I painted a boat scene scenario on this record using the phrase "ROW YO BOAT" as a metaphor for sex that is freaky yet not perverted. I wanted to show fans and producers alike my talents top to bottom. I played the guitar, bass, wrote, sang, rapped, recorded, mixed, mastered and promoted "ROW YO BOAT"...
