Story Behind The Song
The words "my heartbeats with yours" were found in an unmailed letter with the remains of a person that died in a blizzard in the 1800's on Donner Pass. It was an undelivered message that surfaced and got news coverage a few years ago and I decided it needed to be put to music. I wrote it then and am just getting around to marketing it.

Lyrics
As I lay here alone
My life pouring out
Pouring my last ounce of Love to you
When the sun dies, memories fade
I know my heart beats with yours.
I want you to know
before I die
Twas with your wings
I learned to fly
You lifted me up
You opened my doors
Darling my heart beats with yours.
chorus
My memory plays
to bright summer days
Two lovers together in hot misty haze.
Remember forever our hearts will go on
I know my heart beats with yours.
repeat chorus
Now I must go
But I want you to know
Darling my heart beats with yours.
