Song Description
The low strings create a dismal chorale as the cymbals create an atmospheric background. The horns carry a dark melody as the motif in the piano hints at the climax. The high strings make use of extending techniques in the build up to the jolting climax of the piece, after which, the music returns to its initial foreboding nature before repeating the piano motif in the lowest register one last time.
