Story Behind The Song
The song is a combination of influences. Acts 3:2-10 is the reference to the Beautiful Gate, where the lame beggar was healed by Peter and John. I was reading that story before church one Sunday morning. Then, the pastor gave a sermon that day, about how God is willing to give us whatever we need so that we stay strong in our walk with Him and bring the gospel to others. It just kind of melded together, and became a song of hope, healing and restoration, and all that is possible in the Spirit.

The song focuses on bringing people, from all walks of life, to the kingdom of God. Even a new believer is able to testify, and bring hope and healing to broken hearts and minds.
