The Wave (Unplugged)

Story Behind The Song

Written about my own experiences at the Woodstock Festival, 1969. the title "The Wave" is relating to how everything at its basic atomic level is in motion, or in "wave" form.

An observation on, and realization of different perspectives of seemingly mundane, everyday experiences, which are being viewed afresh, and now take on a more profound aura.

Lyrics

Take me to your misty garden,
and I will lay my body there,
Free me from my shepard's halo,
and I will love you everywhere

I watched you be,
and you were me.

Fields of colors all around you,
and I could see you everywhere,
scarlet clouds were all above you,
shining rainbows through your hair.

I watched you be,
and you were me
