Story Behind The Song

I found the word "Honeybear" on a website of truck driver lingo, used to described a female state trooper. I was surprised to find that no one had written a hit song about this subject, so I wrote one.

Song Description

For the bulk of the song, a sexy female state trooper is tracking a truck driver through the western United States. After she finally catches him, it's revealed that this is her husband and this is their way of flirting.
