I heard a weather presenter on BBC say that 'The whole country is wrapped up in rain'. The perfect subject for a song, I thought. I cannot remember the name of the presenter so he doesn't get a lyric credit! Once again the song is produced by the talented Corin Anderson and the compelling vocal is superbly delivered by Ruth Gillies.
