This song is what I call country/folk fusion. It is a style of song I like and would listen to on an album. It is a very good song that ticks a lot of boxes for me. It has a catchy lyric and I have a preference for songs that tell stories. It is an interesting song and I am pleased to have listened to it. I can still hear the hook. Yes, for me, a really good song.

I like the vocal parts and their interplay. Hints of Paul Simon.
Kick on 2 & 4 and the triangle in combination with other percussive elements and the acoustic guitar achieve a good train pulse feel which serves the song well. Nice piece of work. Thanks for the listen.
