Malibu Sunday-Short Intro (#1 Smooth Jazz)

Story Behind The Song

I lived on Malibu Beach off and on for several years. You could always tell it was Sunday because people had their dogs in the water and the place slowly filled up with all kinds of happy folks who were enjoying the beach.

This song is on the CD, "Red Mesa Sunset". Many of my instrumentals are long compositions. They are MEANT to be that way. I want this music to me hypnotic and great as background music you can relax, meditiate and chill out to. I CAN cut these songs down for use in TV and film and ohter uses. As a singer-songwriter, too, I know all about the 3-4 song, This song and other like it that I compose are created for an totally different purpose. Get some nice head phones, sit back, close your eyes, relax and let this music take you away. Also, I have had many people who have told me that they love to play this song on their iPods while they excercise at their health clubs. I tried it and I happen to agree.Enjoy!
