Has almost a James Taylor feel at times, and is really well-written and recorded. I'd have even liked the vocal slightly more out-front in the mix as it is absolutely the focal point. Nice lyrics and with a couple of changes this would have major market potential. The song itself is exemplary and one of the best I've heard on Broadjam.
Picture an album of songs about life experiences. This would be the ending tune that would say what it was all about. The melody sounds and feels like a soft soothing overview, a conclusion, with lyrics like a wise voice coming in on a breeze. It teaches that success is not the pursuit of power, but the joy of simple things. This is the kind of song that would work well in a movie about the life of someone, or an ad with nature as a backdrop. It works well, too, just sitting back and looking back on what really mattered to you as you listen.
