Bio

Sebastian Hughes is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, mixer, and DJ, from Honolulu, Hawaii. He is a Grand Prize and Lennon Award winner of the 2014 John Lennon Songwriting Contest in the Electronic Category. He was also a semi finalist in the International Songwriting Competition for both 2014 and 2015, and won a remix competition for artist "Kawehi" in 2014. His album "Stark" is currently nominated for the 2016 Na Hoku Hanohano awards. He has DJ'd and performed acoustic at local Hawaii restaurants and clubs, having opened acoustic for Meiko, Passion, and Chris Murray. His original EDM music draws stylistically from Calvin Harris, Zedd, Madeon, and Porter Robinson among others, while his acoustic music draws from Ed Sheeran and John Mayer.
Sebastian's debut album "Stark" was released in May 2015, and features 18 songs, with 14 different singers, including himself.
